By using Approval Fast Track services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services 

Approval Fast Track provides administrative coordination services only.

We:

• Submit documentation

• Coordinate communication with municipalities

• Track status updates

We do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Zoning interpretation

• Engineering services

• Building code analysis

• Planning opinions

• Renovation permit filings

• Variance applications

2. No Guarantee of Approval 

All municipal decisions are made solely by the applicable municipality.

Approval Fast Track does not guarantee:

• Approval

• Processing time

• Outcome

• Zoning compliance

3. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Paying municipal fees directly

• Obtaining professional advice if required

• Disclosing renovations or structural changes

If structural work or variances are required, service may be terminated.

4. Fees

Services operate on a flat-fee basis.

The flat fee covers coordination only.

Municipal fees, inspection fees, or third-party professional fees are separate and are the client’s responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Approval Fast Track shall not be liable for:

• Municipal delays

• Denials

• Loss of lease deposits

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the coordination fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
